Introducing the Shelly 2L Gen3, a compact two-channel smart switch designed for precise lighting control in installations that do not have a neutral wire. This versatile device can be operated as a standalone unit on a local Wi-Fi network or integrated with cloud home automation services. It is compatible with a wide range of lights and features an internal temperature sensor for overheating protection.
No Neutral Wire Required
The Shelly 2L Gen3 works without a neutral wire, making it perfect for older homes or rooms where a neutral wire is not available. It includes a Shelly Bypass 1L/2L to operate without a neutral. The device supports various loads on its two output terminals: up to 200W on output 1 and up to 700W on output 2.
Matter Ready
With a future firmware update, the Shelly 2L Gen3 will be Matter ready, allowing for even wider compatibility with other smart home devices and platforms.
