Shipping Costs

Shipping is $8.65 standard flat rate WITHIN NZ unless stated otherwise.

* Free shipping excludes Chatham Islands, extra costs calculated at Checkout.

Shipping Timeframes
All items (excluding pre-orders and special custom orders) will usually be dispatched within 24-72 hours following receipt of your order.

For orders before 11am we try to dispatch your items on the same business day. If after 11am and/or it is not a business day the items will usually be dispatched on the next available business day.

We use NZ Post Courier Post for our deliveries. 

New Zealand (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand (rural) – Delivery normally takes between 2-4 business days after dispatch.

NZ Post endeavor to achieve the target delivery, but this is not always possible, due to reasons outside of their control.

It may also take a little longer during peak times, for example, Christmas.
